Paper napkin, cup, bowl, towel, washcloth clean and unused, or you can put bar / hole in the saran wrap so you can wind so that the heat is not on the inside and then, releasing toxins into the food we cook. Also, remember that eating many microwaves are packaged in plastic so that it can not all be true.

You can buy a plastic ring is rising around the edge of the plate with a lid microwave.

Otherwise I would have put a plate on top.

Hope this helps

I do not think the wax paper is toxic, but can to melt the wax off. You can buy a plastic cover on the microwave. If food can be in direct contact with the plastic, you. Paper towel is fine too.

I often use a container at the top. Catch the syringes and sticking to food such as plastic or paper towels can.

If that were true, it would probably be dead by now, because I use plastic containers in the microwave all the time. But for the plate with paper towels so they do not appear and splash.
