Making the ferry and hovercraft yield consistent and reliable during this time of year? It appears that flights between the islands requires a change of planes in Athens, which seems ridiculous. Thank you for your help

No connection (by sea or air) between Rhodes and Santorini. The best (and cheapest) is to fly to Heraklion, then by ferry to the island of Santorini. No problem, between Athens and Santorini.
There is a boat once a week from Rhodes to Santorini, and vice versa. In addition, a company SkyExpress to devices for the sea Check it out. www.skyexpress.gr
If you're a large company, why not, perhaps renting a yaght with the ground, it seems expensive, but could become an excellent reqwarding even cheaper!
How do you stay in a hotel, perhaps the hotel costs can be higher than the total cost yaght! Think about it!
